JP Plumbing Co was founded at the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic, my name is Jason and here is my story...

In January 2020 as an exciting venture I joined a new innovative company in Gloucestershire looking for talented individuals to pioneer in ground source and air source heat pump systems throughout the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. My experience fitted the bill after 6 years as a high paced responsive plumbing and heating engineer for letting agents and landlords as my most recent position. Prior to this I had worked up and down the country for the last 17 years carrying out all types of plumbing work including commercial, there isn’t much I hadn’t done before!

By the March and at the very beginning of the Coronavirus the majority of us were asked to go home and our contracts terminated. I knew I was in a deeply uncertain situation as I didn’t qualify for any support or furlough payments so I decided to sell my beloved BMW 3 series and buy a van, little did I know this would be the start of something great.

Unknown to me what lay before me, I spoke to all of my previous contacts and customers who were delighted at the prospect of me becoming self employed, the phone started ringing, Cheltenham was like a ghost town and I continued to respond to emergencies and essential work where others were furloughed or closed for business.

Those customers with their support, loyalty and belief in me I managed start a business with just a van and a credit card, helping people in situations that just couldn’t wait.

Today I now have an excellent skilled trustworthy team and we have completed a vast variety of work, cemented a high reputation in Cheltenham and the surrounding areas gaining the majority of our work through word of mouth.

Our ethos, is to provide a personable friendly high quality plumbing and heating service. We are reactive and responsive, completing work to the highest standard never to return, unless you need us again ofcourse! Especially when you really need a plumber now, we are your first point of call.
