Where the washing machine hose connects to the water tap under the sink, the connection was badly worn and needed replacing (the water wasn't flowing into the washing machine nor could it be turned off). After phoning a number of plumbers with no luck getting through, I came across JP Plumbing Co and thankfully Jason, one of the plumbers at the company, got back to me straight away - we briefly discussed the problem over the phone and arranged for him to come round next day and have a look at it. Afterwards, I sent a few pictures via text so he could more clearly see the problem. Jason later texted back with a time window of when he would call round next day (as I was day off work I was at home anyway so the time didn't really matter, I was just happy to have a plumber booked in). Next day, Jason phoned to say he was on his way and not only sorted the faulty connection, he also offered to fit a new washing machine hose as the one I had was damaged due to over tightening and general wear & tear. I found Jason very professional and knowledgeable, he was polite, on time, communicated throughout via phone and text and he was the only plumber out of about a dozen companies that I phoned who returned my call - for these reasons I've added Jason and JP Plumbing Co onto my contacts list. If you need a qualified and experienced plumber, I strongly recommend JP Plumbing and I will definitely use the company again whenever I have a plumbing issue. The price charged for the work done was also fantastic.

Phoned Jason at JP Plumbing on a Saturday morning after identifying a leak on Friday night. Despite being busy, was able to accommodate a straight forward and quick job which saved me a lot of stress and panic over the weekend.
Jason was prompt to respond and punctual to arrive and did exactly what was discussed, fitted the required part and ensured everything was in working order. Will be calling back for fitting the new shower in due course! Would recommend!

Really impressed with the service delivered by Jason, he was quick to diagnose and repair the fault in our shower pressure and happy to explain what he had found and what solutions were available. He responded so punctually and was able to fit the job in sooner than expected. Very satisfied customer and bonus points for giving the dog a nice fuss too!

I had a new shower installed, old sink stand and basin replaced with a modern one, and toilet seat changed. We have now asked Jason for help with 2 tricky plumbing issues in a warren of pipework in Cheltenham flats. He was kind, considerate of us and our neighbours and in addition he solved the problems. Our shower pump had stopped working as it was fitted incorrectly and Jason replaced it after making sure that it was fitted to the pump manufacturers specification so that didn’t invalid the warranty I would recommend without a doubt.

Jason from JP plumbing has fixed a leak in my bathroom and also fitted my glass tiles. He is efficient and reliable and no job is too small. I have called on him several times, he is always happy to help. He is tidy in his work and has good attention to detail. I have a plumber who I can rely on and trust. Leaks in the en suite shower and bathroom/shower were quickly detected by Jason and solutions found for the problems, some of which dated back eight years when the house was built.
